This Privacy Policy explains how Ludicanima ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects user data and device data when you interact with our applications and games on the Meta Horizon OS (Quest) platform (the "Services"). We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with the Meta Developer Data Use Policy.

1. Data We Process & Permitted Purposes

To provide immersive virtual reality experiences, our applications interact with the Meta Horizon Platform SDK. We only request and process user data for clear, functional business cases required to run our software:

2. Prohibited Data Practices

In accordance with Meta's developer regulations, we strictly enforce the following boundaries:

No Profiling or Discrimination: Data is never used to profile, discriminate, or target users based on legally protected traits.
No Surveillance: We do not use or share data to perform or facilitate tools for surveillance or law enforcement.
No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or lease Meta Horizon User Data or Device User Data to third parties.

3. Data Retention & Sharing

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide active application services. We do not share data with third parties unless required by law, explicitly authorized by you, or shared with trusted service providers contractually bound to maintain absolute confidentiality and immediate data destruction terms. Any analytics utilized to improve application performance are conducted strictly on aggregated, anonymized data sets.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. If you want us to delete your personal account data or information associated with your use of the application, you can initiate a permanent deletion request via our primary support channel.

            How to Request Data Deletion:

            Please email us at info@ludicanima.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please provide your Meta Horizon username so we can verify and securely purge your data from our systems within 30 days.

5. Security Protocols

We deploy industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect user data from unauthorized access or alteration. In the event of an accidental data breach or security compromise, we will immediately report the incident to Meta and contact affected users as required by platform regulations.
